Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to prevent damage when a dielectric plane is pushed into the outer periphery of a bearing box and fitted therein during manufacturing of a bearing.SOLUTION: The bearing of a rotary electric machine includes a bearing metal 2 for supporting a revolving shaft 3 by an inner peripheral surface 14a via an oil film and a bearing box 1 for supporting the outer peripheral surface 13a of the bearing metal 2. By using the bearing of the rotary electric machine in which the layer of a dielectric plate 5 is disposed between the inner peripheral surface 14a and the outer peripheral surface 13a of the bearing metal 2 so as to electrically separate them, it becomes possible to prevent damage when the dielectric plane is pushed into the outer periphery of the bearing box and fitted therein during manufacturing of the bearing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】軸受の製造時、絶縁板を軸受箱の外周に押し込んで嵌める際に破損することを防止することを可能とする。【解決手段】油膜を介して内周面14aにより回転軸3を支持する軸受メタル2、及び、軸受メタル2の外周面13aを支持する軸受箱1を備える回転電機の軸受であって、軸受メタル2の内周面14aと外周面13aとを電気的に離隔するように、軸受メタル2の内周面14aと外周面13aとの間に絶縁板5の層が配される回転電機の軸受を用いることで、軸受の製造時、絶縁板を軸受箱の外周に押し込むようにして嵌める際に破損することを防止することを可能とする。【選択図】図1 |
