PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant monitoring device and a plant monitoring program for facilitating to confirm the soundness of input processing of a process input value.SOLUTION: The plant monitoring device includes an input processing part 11 for acquiring process information showing a state of a plant detected at a plurality of input points with an input point number attached thereto as a processing input value, a storage part 12 for storing process input values acquired by the input processing part 11 in each input point number in time series, a standard deviation value calculation part 13 for calculating a standard deviation value of a plurality of process input values in a prescribed verification period, and an abnormality determination part 14a for determining that abnormality about an input of a process input value in the case where the standard deviation value calculated by the standard deviation value calculation part 13 does not exceed a prescribed reference value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】プロセス入力値の入力処理の健全性を確認することが容易となるプラント監視装置及びプラント監視プログラムを提供する。【解決手段】入力点番号が付与された複数の入力点において検出されたプラントの状態を示すプロセス情報を、プロセス入力値として取り込む入力処理部１１、入力処理部１１が取り込んだプロセス入力値を、入力点番号毎に時系列で記憶する記憶部１２、所定の検証期間における複数のプロセス入力値の標準偏差値を算出する標準偏差値算出部１３、標準偏差値算出部１３が算出した標準偏差値が、所定の基準値を超えない場合に、プロセス入力値の入力に関する異常があったと判定する異常判定部１４ａを有する。【選択図】図１
