Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilator that measures a degree of airtightness of a building and calculates an ideal air supply flow rate of the ventilator on the basis of the degree of airtightness and the temperature difference between the inside and outside of a room, and thereby attains energy saving while performing sufficient ventilation.SOLUTION: A control unit 4 calculates a degree of airtightness of a building; when an indoor temperature is higher than an outside air temperature, calculates an ideal air supply flow rate on the basis of the indoor temperature, the outside air temperature and the degree of air tightness; increases/decreases the rotational frequency of an air supply motor or exhaust motor according to the ideal air supply flow rate; and thereby attains energy saving while performing sufficient ventilation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】建物の密閉度を測定し、密閉度と屋内外の温度差とから換気装置の理想給気流量を算出することで、十分な換気を行いつつ、省エネルギーを実現した換気装置を提供する。【解決手段】制御部4は、建物の密閉度を算出し、室内温度が外気温度よりも高い場合に、室内温度と外気温度と密閉度とに基づいて理想給気流量を算出し、理想給気流量に合わせて給気用モータまたは排気用モータの回転数を増減させることで、十分な換気を行いつつ、省エネルギーを実現する。【選択図】図1 |
