Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing which has a coating excellent in rust prevention performance, and is usable for a long period of time even in an environment which is high in corrosiveness.SOLUTION: In a rolling bearing 1 which is used in a generator or a generating facility which generates power from natural energy, one or two or more bearing members constituting the bearing have corrosion resistance coatings within a prescribed range on a surface of a raw material, the corrosion resistance coatings have porous coatings having sacrificial anode actions to the raw material in the whole range, the porous coating at a part of the range or the porous coatings in the whole range are applied with hole seal processing for impregnating a hole sealing agent therein from surfaces of the porous coatings, a surface of a hole-sealing processed body which is obtained by applying the hole sealing processing to the porous coating is applied with first coating processing for coating the surface with epoxy resin paint, the coated surface which is formed by the first coating processing is applied with second coating processing for coating the surface with urethane resin paint, and the hole sealing processing agent is obtained by diluting the epoxy resin paint at a dilution rate of 15 to 25%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】防錆能力に優れた被膜を備え、腐食性の高い環境でも長期間使用が可能な転がり軸受の提供を目的とする。【解決手段】自然エネルギーから発電する発電機または発電設備で使用される転がり軸受1であって、該軸受を構成する1または2以上の軸受部材は、基材の表面の所定の範囲に防錆被膜を形成してなり、該防錆被膜は、該範囲の全部に、該基材に対して犠牲陽極作用を有する多孔質被膜を形成し、該範囲の一部における該多孔質被膜または該範囲の全部における該多孔質被膜に対して、該多孔質被膜の表面から封孔処理剤を含浸させる封孔処理をし、該多孔質被膜に該封孔処理をして得られる封孔処理体の表面をエポキシ樹脂塗料で被覆する第1の塗装処理をしてなり、該第1の塗装処理で形成された塗装面をウレタン樹脂塗料で被覆する第2の塗装処理をしてなり、該封孔処理剤が、該エポキシ樹脂塗料を希釈率15〜25%で希釈したものである。【選択図】図2 |
