【課題】本願発明では、Zn原子とSn原子とN原子を含むβ−NaFeO2型構造を有する高結晶性の化合物並びにその製法を提供することである。【解決手段】本願発明によれば、Zn原子とSn原子とN原子を含むβ−NaFeO2型構造の結晶性化合物であって、粉末X線回折法による前記結晶性化合物に帰属される(121)又は(002)結晶面での回折ピークの半値幅が0.5°未満である、結晶性化合物が与えられる。【選択図】なし |
