CAP WITH LINER AND CONTAINER WITH CAP

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap with a liner and a container with a cap capable of reducing pressure in the container in a short time from the start of opening, and preventing cap jumping during the opening.SOLUTION: A cap 10 with a liner includes a cap body 40 having a top part 41 and a cylindrical part 42 roughly drooped from the peripheral edge of the top part 41, and a liner 50 provided in the inner surface of the top part 41, and seals the cap part 21 of a bottle can 20 (container).
