Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary electric machine capable of attaining noise reduction.SOLUTION: In the rotary electric machine comprising stator coils of wave winding and a rotor, a crossover conductor 233b connects slot conductors over slots by Np=N+1 (Np: slot pitch, N: slot number per pole) at one coil end and over slots by Np=N-1 at the other coil end. The stator coil includes one slot conductor group 234 formed from slot conductors 233a of the same phase, and the slot conductor 233a is inserted in such a manner that layers L1 to L4 are adjacent within a slot 237. When the number of layers is defined as 2×NL, a slot number Ns is set as Ns=NSPP+NL (NSPP: slot number per pole and per phase). The rotor includes a magnetic resistance change part at a position circumferentially deviated from a (q) axis by a predetermined amount, and the deviation amount is made different in accordance with a position of an auxiliary salient pole part in such a manner that torque pulsations during electrification are cancelled by each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
【課題】低騒音化を図ることができる回転電機の提供。【解決手段】波巻の固定子巻線と回転子とを備える回転電機において、渡り導体233bは、一方のコイルエンドではNp=N+1(Np:スロットピッチ、N:毎極スロット数)でスロットを跨ぎ、他方のコイルエンドではNp=N−1でスロットを跨いでスロット導体間を接続し、固定子巻線は同一相のスロット導体233aで構成される一群のスロット導体群234を有し、スロット導体233aはスロット237内にレイヤL1〜L4が隣接するように挿通され、スロット数Nsはレイヤ数を2×NLとしたときNs=NSPP+NL(NSPP:毎極毎相スロット数)に設定されており、前記回転子はq軸から周方向に所定量ずれた位置に磁気抵抗変化部を有し、そのずれ量は通電時のトルク脈動が互いに打ち消されるように補助突極部の位置に応じて異なっている。【選択図】 図11 |
