The first and second terminals 10 and 30 include bent portions 11 and 31 in a plurality of parts in the middle of a length direction, and peripheries of the bent portions 11 and 31 are molded by a resin. The first terminal 10 comprises a plurality of shortcut parts 13, between neighboring bent portions 11, that shortens a curved path rather than the case where the path is perpendicularly curved in an L shape, in parts where the bent portion 31 of the second terminal 30 is positioned inside of the curve, in such a manner that the shortcut part becomes closer to the bent portion 31 of the second terminal 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】同一の長さ寸法を有する端子間における樹脂の流れを良好にして未充填の発生を防止する。【解決手段】第1、第2端子10、30は、同一の長さ寸法を有する。また、第1、第2端子10、30は、長さ方向途中の複数箇所に曲げ部11、31を有し、曲げ部11、31の周囲が樹脂モールドされる。第1端子10には、その隣り合う曲げ部11間に、第2端子30の曲げ部31が曲げの内側に位置する箇所ではその第2端子30の曲げ部31に接近するようにして、L字に直角曲げされるよりも曲げ経路を短くするショートカット部13が複数設けられている。【選択図】図1 |
