Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of two-phase stainless steel castings which can manufacture durable two-phase stainless steel castings with high accuracy, and to provide the durable two-phase stainless steel castings.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method or two-phase stainless steel castings includes: a melting step of melting raw materials of the two-phase stainless cast steel; a molten steel analysis step of analyzing the molten metal ingredients; a step of making castings by casting the molten metal into a mold; a solution heat treatment step of conducting a solution heat treatment by heating and cooling the castings; and a step of conducting a finishing process to the castings having undergone the solution heat treatment.
