Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water dispersion of a polyurethane urea-acrylic composite resin practically without using an organic solvent and a surfactant, good in emulsion stability and good in water resistance and solvent resistance of a resulting coated film.SOLUTION: There is provided a water dispersion of a polyurethane urea-acrylic composite resin (X) obtained by emulsion dispersing (A) and (B) with at least (A)/(B)=95/5 to 40/60 (weight ratio) into water, then extending a chain by polyvalence amine compound (C) and further polymerizing (A) and (B). The invention relates to (A) a NCO terminated urethane prepolymer obtained by using (A) an active hydrogen group-containing anionic salt formable group-containing compound (A1), a polyol component containing unsaturated polyester polyol having at least two or more hydroxyl groups (A2) and a polyisocyanate component (A3) and (B) an ethylenic unsaturated monomer containing carbonyl group-containing ethylenic unsaturated monomer (B1).SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】実質的に有機溶剤および界面活性剤を使用することなく、乳化安定性が良好かつ得られる塗膜の耐水性および耐溶剤性も良好なポリウレタンウレア-アクリル複合樹脂の水分散体を提供すること。【解決手段】少なくとも(A)/(B)=95/5〜40/60(重量比) である(A)および(B)を水中に乳化分散した後、多価アミン化合物(C)で鎖伸張し、さらに(A)と(B)を重合することにより得られる、ポリウレタンウレア-アクリル複合樹脂(X)の水分散体。(A)活性水素基含有アニオン性塩形成基含有化合物(A1)および少なくとも2個以上のヒドロキシル基を有する不飽和ポリエステルポリオール(A2)を含有するポリオール成分と、ポリイソシアネート成分(A3)を用いて得られる、NCO末端ウレタンプレポリマー(B)カルボニル基含有エチレン性不飽和単量体(B1)を含有するエチレン性不飽和単量体に関する。【選択図】 なし |
