Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic observation device capable of easily performing a puncture to a region of interest with a puncture needle, an ultrasonic endoscope, an ultrasonic diagnostic system, an operation method of the ultrasonic observation device and an operation program of the ultrasonic observation device.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic observation device which can be connected to an ultrasonic endoscope transmitting an ultrasonic wave to an observation object, receiving the ultrasonic wave reflected on the observation object, allowing a puncture needle to protrude from the tip with insertion of the puncture needle and including a restriction member rising with respect to a prescribed axial direction to restrict the protrusion direction of the puncture needle, comprises: a puncture position detection part which detects the puncture position of the puncture needle at a region of interest within an ultrasonic image on the basis of an ultrasonic signal received by the ultrasonic endoscope; and a restriction member control part which controls the protrusion direction of the puncture needle with the restriction member on the basis of the puncture position detected by the puncture position detection part and the protrusion position of the puncture needle in the ultrasonic image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】穿刺針による関心部位への穿刺を容易に行うことができる超音波観測装置、超音波内視鏡、超音波診断システム、超音波観測装置の作動方法および超音波観測装置の作動プログラムを提供すること。【解決手段】本発明に係る超音波観測装置は、観測対象へ超音波を送信し、該観測対象で反射された超音波を受信するとともに、穿刺針を挿通して先端から突出可能であり、所定の軸方向に対して起上して穿刺針の突出方向を規制する規制部材を備えた超音波内視鏡に接続可能な超音波観測装置であって、超音波内視鏡が受信した超音波信号に基づく超音波画像内の関心部位における穿刺針の穿刺位置を検出する穿刺位置検出部と、穿刺位置検出部が検出した穿刺位置と、超音波画像における穿刺針の突出位置とに基づいて規制部材による穿刺針の突出方向を制御する規制部材制御部と、を備えた。【選択図】図1
