Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radome for an aviation body, light weight, having a sandwich structure of a three-dimensional shape, excellent in electromagnetic wave transmissivity and a manufacturing method of the same.SOLUTION: The radome for an aviation body has a shape of covering an electromagnetic wave instrument installed on an aviation body, and is formed with a sandwich panel structure in which a core material (30), compounded by foaming insulting reinforced fiber (31) and a heat-resistant resin (32), is held between skin materials (20), composed of a fiber-reinforced material formed by compounding a quartz cloth (21) and a heat-resistant resin (22).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】軽量で電波透過性の優れた3次元形状のサンドイッチ構造を有する飛行体用レドームおよび飛行体用レドームの製造方法を得る。【解決手段】本発明に係る飛行体用レドームは、飛行体に搭載されている電波機器を覆う形状を有しており、石英クロス(21)と耐熱性樹脂(22)とが複合化された繊維強化材からなるスキン材(20)の間に、絶縁性の強化繊維(31)と、耐熱性樹脂(32)とを発泡させて複合化させたコア材(30)を挟んだサンドイッチパネル構造により形成されている。【選択図】図1
