Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer impedance element capable of reconciling the improvement of DC superposition characteristics and the noise absorption effect, and to provide a method of manufacturing a multilayer impedance element.SOLUTION: A multilayer impedance element includes an element 2 constituted by laminating a plurality of magnetic material layers 9 containing magnetic ferrite, and an internal conductor 3 extending between two lateral faces of the element 2, between a pair of adjoining magnetic material layers 9 out of the plurality of magnetic material layers 9. In the element 2, low magnetic permeability regions 21a, 21b, 21c having a magnetic permeability lower than that of the magnetic material layers 9 are arranged so as to come into contact only with a part of the internal conductor 3, and to reach the side of the element 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】直流重畳特性の向上とノイズ吸収効果との両立を図ることが可能な積層インピーダンス素子及び積層インピーダンス素子の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】積層インピーダンス素子は、磁性フェライトを含有する複数の磁性体層9が積層されてなる素体2と、複数の磁性体層9のうち隣り合う一対の磁性体層9間において、素体2の二側面間を延びている内部導体3と、を備えている。素体2には、磁性体層9の透磁率よりも低い透磁率を有する低透磁率領域21a,21b,21cが、内部導体3の一部のみと接し、かつ、素体2の側面に達しているように配置されている。【選択図】図4
