Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amino acid sequence analysis device in which a plurality of reaction vessels are provided, with which it is possible to analyze each sample under equal stability as when a single-shot analysis is performed in one reaction vessel.SOLUTION: Provided is an amino acid sequence analysis device in which a plurality of reaction vessels 1a, 1b, 1c are provided, each of the reaction vessels 1a-c being selectively supplied via a solenoid valve with a reagent from reagent supply tubes 291-295 communicating with reagent containers 21-25, and the solenoid valve is automatically actuated and reagent supply destinations are changed so that the analysis operation of a sample in the next reaction vessel 1b is entered after the analysis operation of a sample in one reaction vessel 1a is finished, wherein, while a sample in one reaction vessel 1a is being analyzed, a purge gas is periodically introduced into the reaction vessels 1b, 1c that hold a sample waiting for analysis.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】複数の反応槽を設けたアミノ酸配列分析装置において、一つの反応槽で単発の分析を行う場合と同等の安定性のもとに各試料の分析を行うことのできる装置を提供する。【解決手段】複数の反応槽1a,1b,1cを設け、各反応槽1a〜cには、試薬容器21〜25に連通する試薬供給管291〜295からの試薬が電磁弁を介して選択的に供給され、一つの反応槽1a内の試料の分析動作を終了後、次の反応槽1b内の試料の分析動作に移行すべく電磁弁を自動的に作動させて試薬の供給先を変更するアミノ酸配列分析装置であって、一つの反応槽1a内の試料の分析中に、分析待ちの試料を収容する反応槽1b,1c内に定期的にパージガスを導入する構成とする。【選択図】図1
