Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for processing a frame which integrally molds a connection part from a sheet metal material and is for a structure that can be processed at low cost, and its metal mold.SOLUTION: As shown in Fig.5, the angle of an opening part 33 of a groove shape part 3 is expanded from 90 degrees (angle θ1) of Fig.5(a) to some 120 degrees (angle θ2) of Fig.5(b). As shown in Fig.5, an opening part of a lip groove shape part 2 adjacent to the groove shape part 3 is expanded to an angle close to some 120 degrees of Fig.5(b) from 90 degrees of Fig.5(a), following the expansion of the groove shape part 3. The groove shape part 3 undergoing bending with a stage and molding is composed of three sides being less than the rip groove shape part 2 by one side. Further, since the angle of the opening part 33 of the groove shape part 3 is expanded from 90 degrees to some 120 degrees before bending with a stage and molding, an operation of the metal mold only requires a simple vertical operation, and since a metal mold during bending with a stage and molding requires only a simple metal mold, manufacturing cost can be reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】板金材から連結部を一体的に成形したフレームであって、低コストで加工することを可能にした構造物のフレームの加工方法とその金型を提供する。【解決手段】図5示すように、溝形部3の開口部33の角度は、図5(a)の90度(角度θ1)から図5(b)の約120度(角度θ2)に広げられる。図5に示すように、溝形部3に隣接するリップ溝形部2の開口部も、溝形部3が広げられるのに追従して、図5(a)の90度から図5(b)の約120度に近い角度に広げられる。段付き曲げ成形する溝形部3は、リップ溝形部2よりも1辺少ない3辺で構成している。さらに、段付き曲げ成形の前に、溝形部3の開口部33の角度を90度から約120度に広げるため、金型の動作が単純な上下動作で済み、段付き曲げ成形時の金型が単純な金型で済むため、製造コストを削減することが可能となる。【選択図】図5
