DECOMPRESSION DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decompression device in which a decompression release by a reaction force of a valve spring is prevented.SOLUTION: A decompression device comprising a cam shaft 20 having an exhaust cam 21 for opening an exhaust valve 10; a release shaft 40 turned between a decompression position where the exhaust valve is temporarily opened and a decompression releasing position; a weight 50 turned in response to an increased turning speed of the cam shaft; and cam mechanisms 42, 54 for moving the release shaft from the decompression position to the decompression release position in response to a turning of the weight is constituted in such a way that a guiding direction of the cam follower part when the release shaft at the cam part 54 of the cam mechanism is placed at the decompression position is set to a direction where a moment for oscillating the weight toward the outer diameter is not substantially generated when a moment turning the decompression position to the decompression releasing position in respect to the release shaft acts.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】バルブスプリングの反力によるデコンプ解除を防止したデコンプ装置を提供する。【解決手段】排気バルブ１０を開弁させる排気カム２１を有するカムシャフト２０と、排気バルブを一時的に開弁させるデコンプ位置とデコンプ解除位置との間で回動するリリースシャフト４０と、カムシャフトの回転速度増加に応じて回動するウェイト５０と、ウェイトの回動に応じてリリースシャフトをデコンプ位置からデコンプ解除位置へ移動させるカム機構４２，５４とを有するデコンプ装置を、カム機構のカム部５４におけるリリースシャフトがデコンプ位置にあるときのカムフォロワ部４２の案内方向を、リリースシャフトに対してデコンプ位置からデコンプ解除位置側へ回動するモーメントが作用した際に、ウェイトを外径側へ揺動させるモーメントが実質的に発生しない方向に設定した構成とする。【選択図】図２
