OPEN-CLOSE OPERATION CONTROL STRUCTURE FOR SLIDING DOOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an open-close operation control structure for sliding doors, which controls a sliding door near the closed position or the open position, ensuring a slow-speed movement up to the closed position or the open position.SOLUTION: An open-close operation control structure for sliding doors in this invention comprises a unit member 20, which is installed at the upper end side of a door panel of a sliding door being supported slidably along a guide rail provided at the upper edge of a door frame. The unit member comprises a slide member 22 which is slidable along a longitudinally-extending guide groove 21b provided in a frame member 21. The slide member comprises: an engaging shaft 23e, with which a swing lever 23, which is swingably supported around a swing shaft 23a transversely extended in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, engages inside an engaging groove when it is in the swing position while it engages inside the guide groove when it is in the non-swing position; an engaging part 23c, which contacts a trigger 26 provided on the door frame before the close position during the closing movement of the sliding door and moves the swing lever to the non-swing position from the swing position; and an engaging claw 23f which engages to the sliding-door-closed side of the trigger with the swing lever in the non-swing position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】閉鎖位置または開放位置付近で引き戸を制動して、閉鎖位置または開放位置まで確実に低速移動させることができる引き戸の開閉動作制御構造を提供する。【解決手段】戸枠の上縁に設けられたガイドレールに沿って摺動可能に支持され引き戸の戸板の上端側に設けられるユニット部材２０を有し、ユニット部材は、フレーム部材２１に設けられた長手方向に延びるガイド溝２１ｂに沿って摺動可能であるスライド部材２２を有し、スライド部材内で、長手方向に対して垂直な横方向に延びる揺動軸２３ａの周りに揺動可能に支持される揺動レバー２３が揺動位置では係合溝内に係合し且つ非揺動位置ではガイド溝内に係合する係合軸２３ｅと、揺動位置で引き戸の閉鎖移動により、閉鎖位置の手前で戸枠に設けられたトリガー２６と当接して、揺動レバーを非揺動位置まで移動させる係合部２３ｃと、非揺動位置でトリガーの引き戸閉鎖側に係合する係合爪２３ｆと、を備える。【選択図】図２
