LONG HEAVY ARTICLE LIFTING DEVICE, LONG HEAVY ARTICLE LIFTING LORRY, AND LONG HEAVY ARTICLE LIFTING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To address the problem of inefficient work for lifting a storage box longer than an opening dimension of each floor hole of a floor of a building from a lower floor to an upper floor through the floor hole in a state of inclining the storage box.SOLUTION: According to one embodiment, provided is a long heavy article lifting device comprising: a storage box 13 which accommodates therein a long heavy article, has a dimension L longer than the long heavy article, and has an engagement part on one end 10 in a length direction; a lorry 16 which has an engaged part engageable with the engagement part and travel means that can travel on a floor surface 15, the engaged part being engaged with the engagement part on the floor surface 15 of a floor into which the storage box 13 is delivered; and a lifting mechanism 20 which lifts the storage box 13 above a floor surface 19 of a destination floor through a floor hole 18 of each floor having an effective opening dimension D smaller than the dimension L, the lifting mechanism 20 raising and tilting the storage box 13 with the other end 12 in the length direction upward and disengaging the engagement part from the engaged part, thereby separating the lorry 16 while lifting the storage box 13 and mounting the storage box 13 horizontally on the floor surface 19 of the destination floor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】建屋の階床の床穴の開口寸法よりも長尺な保管箱を、保管箱を傾斜させた状態で床穴を通して下階から上階へ吊上げる作業は効率的ではない。【解決手段】一実施形態によれば、長尺重量物を収納し長尺重量物よりも長尺な寸法Ｌを有し長尺方向の一端１０側に係合部を持つ保管箱１３と、係合部に係脱自在の被係合部および床面１５上を走行可能な走行手段を有し保管箱１３の搬入階の床面１５において被係合部が係合部に係合される台車１６と、保管箱１３を寸法Ｌよりも小さい有効開口寸法Ｄを持つ階床の床穴１８を通して目的階の床面１９上へ吊上げる吊上げ機構２０とを備え、吊上げ機構２０は、保管箱１３を、長尺方向の他端１２側を上に起立傾動させ、係合部および被係合部の係合を解くことによって台車１６を分離して揚重し、目的階の床面１９上に水平に載置する長尺重量物の吊上げ装置が提供される。【選択図】図１
