Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-wire electrical discharge machining apparatus which can effectively process a wire without breaking the wire.SOLUTION: A multi-wire electrical discharge machining apparatus 1 comprises a high frequency pulse power supply unit 60 which supplies a high frequency pulse power to a wire R and an ingot I. The high frequency pulse power supply unit 60 comprises: a processing electrical power supply source 61; a power feed terminal 70 which so contacts parallel wires R as to apply electric power from the processing electrical power supply source 61 to the wires; and a connection circuit 80 which connects the processing electrical power supply source 61 and the power feed terminal 70 via a switch. The power feed terminal 70 includes a first power feed terminal 71 and a second power feed terminal 72 which contact the wires R of different rows and are insulated from each other. The connection circuit 80 has: a first circuit 81 which connects the first power feed terminal 71 and the processing electrical power supply source 61 to each other via a first switch 81a; and a second circuit 82 which connects the second power feed terminal 72 and the processing electrical power supply source 61 via a second switch 82a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】ワイヤを断線させることなく、効率的に加工することができるマルチワイヤ放電加工装置を提供すること。【解決手段】マルチワイヤ放電加工装置1は、ワイヤRとインゴットIに高周波パルス電力を供給する高周波パルス電源ユニット60を備える。高周波パルス電源ユニット60は、加工電源61と、加工電源61からの電力を並列したワイヤRに接触して印加する給電子70と、加工電源61と給電子70とをスイッチを介して接続する接続回路80とを備える。給電子70は、異なる列のワイヤRに接触し、互いに絶縁された第1の給電子71と第2の給電子72を含んでいる。接続回路80は、第1のスイッチ81aを介して第1の給電子71と加工電源61とを接続する第1の回路81と、第2のスイッチ82aを介して第2の給電子72と加工電源61とを接続する第2の回路82と、を有している。【選択図】図3
