CUTTER FOR CRUSHER, AND POLISHING JIG OF CUTTER FOR CRUSHER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter for a crusher capable of improving cutting efficiency, and reducing noise generated during cutting; and to provide a polishing jig for polishing the cutter easily.SOLUTION: In a cutter for a crusher, a rake face of the upper surface of the cutter is adjusted to be nonparallel to a clamp face of the bottom surface of the cutter, and a cutting edge between the rake face and a flank is adjusted so as to be intersected obliquely by the blade edge of a stationary knife. In a polishing jig, the upper surface of the jig is adjusted to be an inclined mounting surface so that the rake face of the cutter having this shape can be set so as to be parallel to a polishing table.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】切断効率が向上し切断時の騒音を低減する破砕機用刃物、及び、この刃物の研磨を容易に行う研磨治具を提供する。【解決手段】破砕機用刃物にあっては、刃物上面のすくい面を刃物底面の取付面と非平行とし、すくい面と逃げ面との間の切刃縁が、固定刃の刃先縁に対して斜めに交わるようにする。また研磨治具あっては、この形状の刃物のすくい面を研磨台と平行となるようにセットできるように治具の上面を斜めの載置面とする。【選択図】図５
