CLEANING DEVICE OF FIXTURE FOR PAINTING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically and efficiently carry out processing of peeling of paint, washing, and drying or the like.SOLUTION: A cleaning device 14 of a fixture 17 for painting is provided with: a peeling device 41 for peeling paint adhered to the fixture 17 for painting; a washing device 42 for washing the fixture 17 for painting with the paint peeled; a drying device 44 for drying the fixture 17 for painting which is washed by the washing device 42; and a conveying device 45 for conveying the fixture 17 for painting from the peeling device 41 to the drying device 44. A painting line 1 is set so as to convey a workpiece W and the fixture 17 for painting on the basis of a predetermined tact time. In the washing device 14 of the fixture 17 for painting, a peeling time by the peeling device 41, a washing time by the washing device 42, and a drying time by the drying device 44 are set to be equal and are set to be an integer multiple of the tact time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】塗料の剥離、水洗、乾燥等の処理を自動的に効率良く行うようにする。【解決手段】塗装用治具１７の洗浄装置１４は、塗装用治具１７に付着した塗料を剥離させるための剥離装置４１と、塗料を剥離させた塗装用治具１７を洗浄する水洗装置４２と、水洗装置４２によって洗浄された塗装用治具１７を乾燥させる乾燥装置４４と、剥離装置４１から乾燥装置４４に向かって塗装用治具１７を搬送する搬送装置４５と、を備える。塗装ライン１は、ワークＷ及び塗装用治具１７を所定のタクトタイムに基づいて搬送するように設定されている。また、塗装用治具１７の洗浄装置１４では、剥離装置４１による剥離処理時間と、水洗装置４２による水洗処理時間と、乾燥装置４４による乾燥処理時間とが、同一に設定されかつタクトタイムの整数倍に設定される。【選択図】図３
