PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus that photographs a subject with imaging means, and maintains a sheet loading property without increasing the size of an apparatus body.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus 1 comprises an apparatus body 1a that includes an image forming part 10 forming an image on a sheet P, and a loading tray 11a that is supported by the apparatus body 1a and can move between a storage position at which the loading tray is stored in the apparatus body and a loading position at which a subject can be loaded.
