Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique with which it is possible to more easily confirm the state of pressure-joining between a terminal and an insulated electric wire in cases where an insulated electric wire is connected to a terminal that includes a cylindrical crimp part covering the end of the insulated electric wire over the whole circumference.SOLUTION: This method of manufacturing an electric wire fitted with a terminal comprises: a peeling step; a mark setting step for setting a mark 5 to an insulated electric wire 9; a first acquisition step for acquiring a first distance from the tip of the core wire 91 of a peeled insulated electric wire 9 to the mark 5 and/or a second distance from the tip of the insulation coating 92 of the peeled insulated electric wire 9 to the mark 5; a crimping step for pressure-joining the crimp part 81 of a terminal 8 and the end of the insulated electric wire 9; a second acquisition step for acquiring a third distance from the rear end of the crimp part 81 of the terminal 8 to the mark 5; and a determination step for determining whether the state of pressure-joining between the terminal 8 and the insulated electric wire 9 is good or not on the basis of the first distance and/or the second distance and the third distance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】絶縁電線の端部を全周に亘って覆う筒状の圧着部を含む端子に絶縁電線が接続される場合において、より簡単に端子と絶縁電線との圧着状態を確認することができる技術を提供すること。【解決手段】端子付電線製造方法は、皮剥き工程と、絶縁電線9に目印5を設ける目印設定工程と、皮剥きされた絶縁電線9の芯線91における先端から目印5までの第一距離及び皮剥きされた絶縁電線9の絶縁被覆92の先端から目印5までの第二距離の少なくとも一方を取得する第一取得工程と、端子8の圧着部81と絶縁電線9の端部とを圧着する圧着工程と、端子8の圧着部81の後端から目印5までの第三距離を取得する第二取得工程と、第一距離及び第二距離の少なくとも一方と第三距離とに基づいて、端子8と絶縁電線9との圧着状態の良否を判定する判定工程と、を備える。【選択図】図1 |
