HONEYCOMB-SHAPED COVERING BLOCK, AND LAYING METHOD THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating block offering high wave-dissipating performance and enhancing installation stability by increasing overall connecting force among the covering blocks, while mitigating impacting force from a wave.SOLUTION: A covering block 10 includes a hexagonal center block part 1a, and four hexagonal side block parts 1b, 1c, 1d, 1e integrally formed with the center block part on right and left sides. A plate-form leg part 5b is provided. A hexagonal open hole 2a is pierced through each of the block parts. Engaging parts 3b, 3c are protruded on the left side block part, the engaging parts having a protruded shape when seen in a planar view, while engaged parts 3d, 3e are formed on the right side block part, to be engaged with the engaging parts. Receiving parts 4d, 4e are formed on a right side of the engaged parts 3d, 3e for supporting the engaging parts, thus stabilizing the covering block when installed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】高い消波性能を有し、波の衝撃力を軽減しつつ、被覆ブロック同士の全体の連結力を増大させて設置安定性を向上させる被覆ブロックを提供する。【解決手段】被覆ブロック１０は、六角形のセンターブロック部１ａと、その左右両側に一体に形成した４つの六角形のサイドブロック部１ｂ，１ｃ，１ｄ，１ｅとから成り、板状の脚部５ｂ等を有する。各ブロック部には六角形の貫通孔２ａ等が開穿され、又、左側のサイドブロック部には平面視凸状の嵌合部３ｂ，３ｃが凸設され、右側のサイドブロック部には前記嵌合部と嵌合可能な被嵌合部３ｄ，３ｅが凹設され、被嵌合部３ｄ，３ｅの右側には、嵌合部を支持し得る受け台４ｄ，４ｅが設けられていることにより、被覆ブロックは安定して設置される。【選択図】図３
