Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for separating and removing air bubbles capable of effectively and efficiently removing air bubbles in a fluid by being given an effective technique related to setting of various kinds of parameters of this kind of the device.SOLUTION: A device 100 for separating and removing air bubbles forms swirl flows of a fluid being the object of air bubble removal in a cylindrical housing having an outflow port 30 of diameter D2 in one end by flowing the fluid being the object of air bubble removal in a tangential direction of the housing from an inflow port 10 formed in the other end of the housing, discharges air bubbles gathered in a vicinity of the center line of the housing by the swirl flows out of an air outlet 50 of diameter D3 provided on the opposite side of the outflow port 30, and sets the outflow port diameter D2 of the outflow port 30 so that the value of a dimensionless diameter defined by Db/D2 when the air bubble diameter of air bubbles contained in the fluid being the object of air bubble removal flowed in from the inflow port.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】この種の気泡分離除去装置の各種パラメータの設定に関する有効な手法を与え、流体中に含まれる気泡を有効かつ効率よく除去することができるようにした気泡離除去装置を提供する。【解決手段】一端に径D2の流出口30を有する円筒形のハウジングの他端に形成された流入口10から気泡除去対象流体をハウジングの接線方向に流入することにより、ハウジング内に気泡除去対象流体の旋回流を形成し、該旋回流によりハウジングの中心線付近に集められた気泡を流出口30と反対側に設けられ径D3の放気口50から排出する気泡分離除去装置100であって、流入口から流入される気泡除去対象流体に含まれる気泡の気泡径をDbとするとき、Db/D2で定義される無次元気泡径の値が第1の値以上となるように流出口30の流出口径D2が設定される。【選択図】図1
