PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely complete chemical reaction by making powder stay for a sufficient time in a device.SOLUTION: A cyclone device is configured which comprises: a conical part 20 in a form of a truncated cone open both at the upper end and at the lower end and getting more shrunk in diameter downward; a chamber 30, connected to the lower end side of the conical part 20, with a powder take-out port 50 formed at the lower end part, and with an internal inclusion of an apex T where a virtual conical surface S downwardly extended from the conical surface of the conical part 20 gathers; and an umbrella-shaped isolation member 40 with a through-hole 41 formed at the upper end part to be disposed inside the chamber 30 so that the through-hole 41 is located at the apex T.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】粉末を装置内に十分な時間滞留させて、化学反応を確実に完了させること。【解決手段】上端及び下端がともに開口し、下方ほど内径が縮径する円錐台状のコニカル部２０と、コニカル部２０の下端側に接続され、下端部に紛体取出口５０が形成された、コニカル部２０の錐面を下方に延長した仮想錐面Ｓが集まる頂点Ｔを内部に含むチャンバ３０と、上端部に透孔４１が形成され、この透孔４１が頂点Ｔの位置にくるようにチャンバ３０の内部に配置される傘状の隔離部材４０と、を備えたサイクロン装置を構成する。【選択図】図２
