ROLLER SHAFT COVER OF VERTICAL MILL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller shaft cover of a vertical mill which increases sealability between the inside and the outside of a casing around the roller shaft of a vertical mill even when a milling roller oscillates.SOLUTION: A roller shaft cover 50 of a vertical mill is provided that comprises a sealing part 60 which is disposed around a roller shaft 16a freely rotatably journaling a milling roller 16 rolling on and in contact with the turntable of the vertical mill and which shields between the inside and the outside of a casing airtightly. The roller shaft cover 50 further comprises a projection 70 which projects to the outside of the casing and is provided at a contact portion between the partition wall 12a of the casing and the sealing part 60, the partition wall 12a being disposed around the roller shaft 16a leaving a predetermined gap between them. The projection 70 comes in contact with the free end of the sealing part 60 upon the initial installation of the milling roller 16 to deform the sealing part 60 from the inside to the outside of the casing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】粉砕ローラが揺動しても竪型粉砕機のローラ軸回りのケーシングの内部と外部の密閉性を高めた竪型粉砕機のローラ軸カバーを提供する。【解決手段】竪型粉砕機のローラ軸カバー５０は、竪型粉砕機の回転テーブル上に接して転動する粉砕ローラ１６を回転自在に軸支するローラ軸１６ａの回りに、ケーシングの内部を外部と気密状態で遮断するシール部６０を備えた竪型粉砕機のローラ軸カバー５０において、前記ローラ軸１６ａの軸回りに所定間隔を開けて配置した前記ケーシングの仕切壁１２ａと前記シール部６０の接触箇所に前記ケーシングの外側に向けて突出する凸部７０を設け、前記凸部７０は、前記粉砕ローラ１６の初期据付時に前記シール部６０の自由端側と接して前記シール部６０を前記ケーシングの内側から外側へ向けて変形させることを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
