Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagnosis device of a fuel injection amount control device which can suppress that an error occurs in a diagnosis result of the presence or absence of an abnormality of the fuel injection amount control device.SOLUTION: A microcomputer 21 determines the presence or absence of an abnormality of a fuel injection amount control device on the basis of a comparison of a required injection amount being a command value of a fuel amount which is injected from an injector 14 during one cycle of an engine, and a total monitor injection amount being a total value of a monitor injection amount which is acquired from an electricity-carrying time monitor value of the injector 14 at each fuel injection during one cycle of the engine. The microcomputer 21 performs removal processing such that when the monitor injection amount is smaller than a determination value, a micro injection correction amount is removed from the monitor injection amount, and on the other hand, when the monitor injection amount is not smaller than the determination value, the micro injection correction amount is not removed from the monitor injection amount. Then, a total value of the monitor injection amount after the removal processing is set as the total monitor injection value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】燃料噴射量制御装置の異常の有無の判断結果に誤りが生じることを抑制できる燃料噴射量制御装置の診断装置を提供する。【解決手段】マイクロコンピュータ21は、エンジンの1サイクル中にインジェクタ14から噴射する燃料量の指令値である要求噴射量と、エンジンの1サイクル中における燃料噴射毎のインジェクタ14の通電時間モニタ値から求められたモニタ噴射量の合計値である総モニタ噴射量との比較に基づいて、燃料噴射量制御装置の異常の有無を判断する。マイクロコンピュータ21は、上記モニタ噴射量が判定値未満であるときには同モニタ噴射量から微小噴射補正分を除去する一方で、上記モニタ噴射量が判定値以上であるときには同モニタ噴射量からの上記微小噴射補正分の除去を行わない除去処理を実行する。そして、この除去処理後のモニタ噴射量の合計値を上記総モニタ噴射量とする。【選択図】図1 |
