Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for the combined preparation of butene and octene from ethene, which gives primarily C-olefins having high linearity.SOLUTION: The heterogeneously catalyzed, combined production of butene and octene from ethene comprises the simultaneous performance of two reactions, namely a first reaction of Cto Cand a second reaction of Cand Cto C. Both reactions are spatially separated from each other and carried out simultaneously in the presence of an inert solvent, whose boiling range lies between the butenes and the octenes. The hexene formed as a byproduct in the first synthesis is used as a starting material for the second synthesis. There, it is reacted with ethene to form octene. The solvent is continuously circulated. This makes it possible to carry out both syntheses in the liquid phase and to control their selectivity. Since the boiling point of the solvent essentially corresponds to that of the by-product, the by-product can be separated off from the first reaction mixture together with the solvent and transferred to the second reaction .SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】エテンからブテンとオクテンを組み合わせて製造する方法であって、直鎖性が高いC8オレフィンが優先的に得られる方法を提供する。【解決手段】不均一系触媒を用いてエテンからブテン及びオクテンを組み合わせて製造する方法において、C2をC4にする第一の反応およびC2及びC6をC8にする第二の反応を、不活性溶剤の存在下で、空間的に相互に分離して同時に行う。その際、不活性溶剤の沸点はブテンとオクテンの間にある。第一の合成において副生成物として形成されるヘキセンを第二の合成のための出発原料として使用し、このヘキセンはエテンと反応して、オクテンになる。溶剤を循環させ、2つの合成を液相で行うことが可能になり、その選択性を制御できる。溶剤の沸点は実質的に、副生成物の沸点に相当するため、この副生成物は溶剤とともに第一の反応混合物から分離し、第二の反応へと送ることができる。【選択図】図1
