Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reception circuit with a simple configuration capable of automatically setting a strobe point to an optimum phase.SOLUTION: The circuit includes: a decision feedback type equalization circuit (DFE) 42 for acquiring at a strobe point; a controlling part (controller 4)6 for replaying clock data and controlling an acquisition voltage level at DFE at the same time; and a phase shifter PI43 for changing a phase of the strobe point. The controlling part detects both extreme phases of a phase range that can be correctly acquired at a first voltage level, calculates an intermediate phase, detects a margin voltage level, which is one of both extreme phases, calculates an inclination of a linear line connecting the other of both extreme phases and the margin voltage level, detects an intermediate voltage level within a voltage range in the intermediate phase, calculates a phase difference between the intermediate phase and a phase which is at the same voltage level as the intermediate voltage level on a linear line that passes through the intermediate phase and has the calculated inclination in an eye pattern, and sets a strobe point to a phase shifted from the intermediate phase by an amount of the phase difference.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】ストローブポイントを最適位相に自動設定する簡易な構成の受信回路を提供する。【解決手段】ストローブポイントで取り込む判定帰還型等化回路(DFE)42と、クロックデータを再生すると共にDFEにおける取り込み電圧レベルを制御する制御部(コントローラ4)6と、ストローブポイントの位相を変化させる位相シフタPI43と、を有する。制御部は、第1電圧レベルで正しく取り込める位相範囲の両端位相を検出、その中間位相を算出、両端位相の一方、限界電圧レベルを検出、両端位相の他方の位置と限界電圧レベルを結ぶ直線の傾きを算出、中間位相において電圧範囲の中間電圧レベルを検出、アイパターンにおける、中間位相を通り算出した傾きを有する直線上で、中間電圧レベルと同じ電圧レベルとなる位相と、中間位相との位相差を算出し、中間位相を位相差の分だけシフトした位相に、ストローブポイントを設定する。【選択図】図6
