Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grease composition that can, as a grease composition, contribute to the prevention of seizure and the lowering of friction especially in constant velocity joint mechanism, and achieve the longevity of a mechanism part.SOLUTION: The grease composition according to the present invention contains, in a base grease containing (a) a base oil and (b) a thickener, (c) an organomolybdenum compound and (d) one or more kinds of lignin compounds selected from sodium lignin sulfonic acid, magnesium lignin sulfonic acid, soda lignin, kraft lignin, and ligno-phenol derivative, in which the (a) base oil has a kinematic viscosity at 100°C of 5 to 30 mm/s.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】グリース組成物として、特に等速ジョイント機構における焼付の防止及び低摩擦化に寄与し、機構部分の長寿命化を果たし得るグリース組成物を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係るグリース組成物は、（ａ）基油と（ｂ）増ちょう剤と含むベースグリースに、（ｃ）有機モリブデン化合物と、（ｄ）リグニンスルホン酸ナトリウム、リグニンスルホン酸マグネシウム、ソーダリグニン、クラフトリグニン、及びリグノフェノール誘導体から選ばれる１種類以上のリグニン化合物とを含有し、（ａ）基油の１００℃における動粘度が５〜３０ｍｍ２／ｓである。【選択図】なし
