PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar heat collection device that can reduce a quantity of heat radiated from a heat storage layer through a heat collection layer (radiation loss).SOLUTION: A solar heat collection device comprises a glass plate 2, a first heat insulation layer 3, a heat collection layer 4 that has a top surface 4a (light receiving surface) and collects heat by receiving sunlight on the top surface 4a, a heat storage layer 6 that stores the heat collected with the heat collection layer 4, and a second heat insulation layer 5 disposed between the heat collection layer 4 and heat storage layer 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】蓄熱層から集熱層を介して放熱される熱量（放熱ロス）を低減することが可能な太陽熱集熱装置を提供する。【解決手段】ガラス板２、第１断熱層３，上面４ａ（受光面）を有し、当該上面４ａで太陽光を受けて集熱する集熱層４と、集熱層４で集熱された熱を蓄える蓄熱層６と、集熱層４と蓄熱層６との間に配置される第二断熱層５とを具備した。【選択図】図１
