Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnesium alloy suitable to the application of semi-solid casting method with the use in mobile apparatus.SOLUTION: Provided is a magnesium alloy containing magnesium, lithium of 6 to 12 wt% and aluminum of 1 to 10 wt%, and in which the temperature range between the solidus line and the liquidus line of the metal-alloy to be used, i.e., the temperature range from the temperature at which the alloy starts to fuse to the temperature at which the alloy is perfectly fused is 50°C or higher. The magnesium alloy preferably includes zinc of 0.2 to 3 wt%, manganese of 0.3 wt% or lower, silicon of 0.2 wt% or lower, calcium of 1.0 wt% or lower and tin of 1.0 wt% or lower as well.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】モバイル機器での使用を目的とし、半固体鋳造法の適用に適しているマグネシウム合金を提供する。【解決手段】マグネシウム、リチウム6〜12wt%及びアルミニウム1〜10wt%を含み、半固体鋳造法における必須要件の一つであり、鋳造温度を制御し易くする、使用する金属・合金の固相線と液相線の間の温度範囲、すなわち合金が融解し始める温度から、合金が完全に融解する温度までの温度範囲が50℃以上であるマグネシウム合金。更に亜鉛0.2〜3wt%、マンガン0.3wt%以下、シリコン0.2wt%以下、カルシウム1.0wt%以下及び錫1.0wt%以下を含むことが好ましいマグネシウム合金。【選択図】図3 |
