WORKPIECE CARRYING-IN DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a work for putting a workpiece into a transport roller by a manual work.SOLUTION: A workpiece W is mounted on a support table 25, then is pressed against a workpiece transport table 19 from a workpiece putting port 35. In this state, a foot switch 37 is stepped down, so that a transport roller 21 of the workpiece transport table 19 rotates at low speed, then the workpiece W is pulled to the transport table 19. When the workpiece W is pulled to the transport table 19 by a regulated amount, the foot switch 37 is turned off, and rotation of the transport roller 21 is stopped. Then, a workpiece carrying-in confirmation switch 45 which is a blink state, is pushed, thereby the transport roller 21 and the carrying-in roller 11 rotate at normal rotation speed, and the workpiece W is transferred to a carrying-in table 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】ワークを手差しで搬送ローラ上に投入する作業を容易なものとする。【解決手段】ワークＷを、サポートテーブル２５に載せつつ、ワーク投入口３５からワーク搬送テーブル１９に向けて押し込む。この状態で、フットスイッチ３７を踏むことで、ワーク搬送テーブル１９の搬送ローラ２１が低速回転し、ワークＷは搬送テーブル１９に引き込まれる。ワークＷが搬送テーブル１９に規定量引き込まれたら、フットスイッチ３７をオフとして搬送ローラ２１の回転を停止させる。続いて、点滅状態のワーク搬入確認スイッチ４５を押すことで、搬送ローラ２１及び搬入ローラ１１が通常回転速度で回転し、ワークＷを搬入テーブル７に移送する。【選択図】図１
