DEVICE, METHOD AND COMPUTER PROGRAM FOR QUALIFIED ARCHITECTURAL ENGINEER TRAINING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain safety and efficiency in a work site as well as providing an opportunity for efficient learning and operational experience to a qualification acquisition applicant by having the qualification acquisition applicant perform work who is carrying out learning according to the content of the work when work to be the operational experience is given in education of a qualified architectural engineer.SOLUTION: Lesson attendance state for learning program by applicant for qualification acquisition is registered to a learning state DB1C in a qualified architectural engineer training device 1. Selection processor 12 selects the applicant for qualification acquisition who already received the learning program according to the work content as the personnel in charge of the work based on the work content provided as operational experience in a dispatch destination by referring to the learning state DB1C. The operational experience obtained by the selected applicant for qualification acquisition at the dispatch destination is registered as operational achievement to an operational achievement DB1B and when the operational achievement fulfills an acquisition condition for the qualification, an evaluation to the effect that the operational achievement as well as the acquisition requirement for the qualification are fulfilled is outputted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】建築技術資格者の育成において、資格取得希望者に実務経験となる作業を行わせる際、作業の内容に応じた学習を行っている資格取得希望者に作業を行わせて作業現場での安全性と効率化を図ると共に、資格取得希望者に対して効率的な学習と実務経験の機会を付与する。【解決手段】建築技術資格者育成装置１では、資格取得希望者による学習プログラムの受講状況が学習状況ＤＢ１Ｃに登録される。選定処理部１２は学習状況ＤＢ１Ｃを参照して、派遣先において提供される実務経験としての作業内容に基づき、作業内容に沿った学習プログラムを受講済みの資格取得希望者を、作業を担当する人材に選定する。選定された資格取得希望者が派遣先で得た実務経験は、実務実績として実務実績ＤＢ１Ｂに登録され、実務実績が資格の取得要件を満たすと、実務実績と共に資格の取得要件を満たす旨の評価が出力される。【選択図】図２
