Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly detect an object individually.SOLUTION: A capture point calculation unit 32 calculates reflection intensity from electric power profile information. The maximum point calculated by the capture point calculation unit 32 becomes a capture point where an object is captured. A capture region calculation unit 33 calculates at least one or more capture regions which are regions including the capture point. A capture region grouping unit 34 determines whether or not to group each capture region on the basis of a predetermined condition in the case where a plurality of capture regions are calculated.
