Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative plate to a sheet which can be inexpensively manufactured is stuck; and a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: After having sanded the surface of a substrate 1 formed by layering veneers obtained by cutting wood, the surface of the substrate 1 is subjected to resin coating. After a resin coating layer 3 with the resin coating has been cured, the surface has been sanded. A decorative plate is manufactured by sticking a sheet 4 to the resin coating layer 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】安価に製造可能なシートを貼着した化粧板とその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】木材を切削して得られた単板を積層して構成される基板１の表面をサンディングした後に、基板１の表面に樹脂コーティングを施す。樹脂コーティングによる樹脂コーティング層３が硬化した後、その表面をサンディングする。樹脂コーティング層３にシート４を貼着することにより化粧板を製造する。【選択図】図３
