Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluidized bed apparatus the size of which is prevented from increasing and which enables quick discharge treatment without increasing a suction amount.SOLUTION: A fluidized bed apparatus 1 includes a fluidized bed treatment chamber 14 where a gas dispersion plate 13a is disposed on a bottom part 14a, performs treatment such as granulation while floating/fluidizing powdery and granular material by fluidized gas introduced into the fluidized bed treatment chamber 14 via the gas dispersion plate 13a, and includes a discharge mechanism 20 enabling discharge of the powdery and granular material in the fluidized bed treatment chamber 14. The discharge mechanism 20 includes: a long-cylindrical opening member 21 which is disposed on the top surface side of the gas dispersion plate 13a, extends along the diameter direction of the fluidized bed treatment chamber 14 and has an opening part 23 formed along the longitudinal direction; an opening/closing member 22 which can open or close the opening part 23 of the opening member 21; and suction means 19 which makes suction force act on the inside of the fluidized bed treatment chamber 14 via the opening part 23 when the opening part 23 opens.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
