Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging method and charger capable of improving the precision of a voltage value during constant-voltage charging.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a charging method for a secondary battery having a plurality of cells 9, the method including the steps of: performing constant-current charging with a first power supply 3 with a plurality of cells 9 connected in series; measuring voltages of the plurality of cells 9; and performing constant-voltage charging with a second power supply 4 having a lower voltage than that of the first power supply 3 with the plurality of cells 9 connected in parallel when a difference between the measured voltages of the plurality of cells 9 is smaller than a predetermined value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】定電圧充電時の電圧値の精度を向上できる充電方法及び充電装置を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明の充電方法は、複数のセル９を有する二次電池の充電方法であって、複数のセル９を直列接続し、第１電源３により定電流充電を行う工程と、複数のセル９の電圧を測定する工程と、測定された複数のセル９の電圧の差が所定の値より小さい場合に、複数のセル９を並列接続し、第１電源３の電圧よりも低い電圧を有する第２電源４により定電圧充電を行う工程と、を備える。【選択図】図１
