Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonlinear resistive material which enables the control of zinc oxide crystal grains.SOLUTION: A nonlinear resistive material comprises: zinc oxide powder of 5-80 vol.% to its whole composition with the balance consisting of a polymer material including a thermoplastic resin and wax, and inevitable impurities. It is preferable that grains of the zinc oxide powder included in the nonlinear resistive material are spaced apart from one another to avoid their touching each other by the polymer material. Further, the thermoplastic resin accounts for 20-70 vol.% of the polymer material included in the nonlinear resistive material. It is preferable that the balance include wax.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 酸化亜鉛の結晶粒が制御可能な非直線性抵抗材料を提供する。【解決手段】 非直線性抵抗材料を、酸化亜鉛粉末が全体組成に対し5〜80体積%含有され、残部が熱可塑性樹脂とワックスからなる高分子材料および不可避不純物からなるものとする。非直線性抵抗材料に含まれる酸化亜鉛粉末どうしは、高分子材料により接触しないよう隔てられていることが好ましい。また、非直線性抵抗材料に含まれる高分子材料に占める熱可塑性樹脂が20〜70体積%であり、残部がワックスであることが好ましい。【選択図】 図1
