PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To progress a procedure by a mutual operation by a teller and a customer by preventing only a one-sided operation of the teller side from progressing the procedure.SOLUTION: A face-to-face system for supporting a procedure in the case that a customer and a teller of a side for providing the customer with services confront each other across a table to perform a prescribed procedure includes: a storage part for storing form information showing a document sheet to be presented to the customer, including a customer GUI component for making the customer operable and a teller GUI component for making the teller operable; a projection part for projecting video representing the document sheet including the customer GUI component and the teller GUI component onto the table on the basis of the stored form information; a gesture detection part for detecting a gesture operation on the table and detecting which the operator performing the gesture operation is between the customer and the teller; and a control part for determining the coincidence/non-coincidence between the operator of the gesture operation detected by the gesture detection part and the gesture operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】テラー側の一方的な操作のみでは手続きの進行を不可とし、テラーと顧客による互いの操作で手続きを進行させる。【解決手段】顧客と当該顧客にサービスを提供する側のテラーがテーブルを挟んで対面して所定の手続きを行う場合の手続きを支援する対面システムであって、顧客が操作可能となる顧客ＧＵＩ部品とテラーが操作可能となるテラーＧＵＩ部品とを含み、顧客に向けて提示するための文書シートを示すフォーム情報を記憶する記憶部と、記憶されたフォーム情報に基づき、顧客ＧＵＩ部品及びテラーＧＵＩ部品を含む文書シートを表す映像を、テーブル上に投影する投影部と、テーブル上でのジェスチャ操作を検出すると共に、当該ジェスチャ操作を行った操作者が顧客、テラーのいずれかであるかを検出するジェスチャ検出部と、ジェスチャ検出部によって検出されたジェスチャ操作の操作者と、当該ジェスチャ操作の一致不一致する判定する制御部とを有する。【選択図】図１
