PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal combustion engine control device capable of detecting a combustion state in a combustion chamber and controlling the operating condition of an internal combustion engine according to the combustion state in a simple configuration.SOLUTION: An internal combustion engine control device 100 includes a control part 106b for controlling the operating condition of an internal combustion engine 1 so that a first temperature TCC and a second temperature TCCTQ correspond to each other according to a difference TCCDIGD between the first temperature TCC corresponding to the wall surface temperature of a combustion chamber 9 of the internal combustion engine 1 and the second temperature TCCTQ corresponding to the assumed wall surface temperature of the combustion chamber 9 of the internal combustion engine 1, calculated from the instantaneous torque of the internal combustion engine 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】簡便な構成で、燃焼室内の燃焼状態を検出しその燃焼状態に応じて内燃機関の運転状態を制御可能な内燃機関制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】内燃機関制御装置１００では、制御部１０６ｂが、内燃機関１の燃焼室９の壁表面温度に対応した第１の温度ＴＣＣと内燃機関１の瞬時トルクから算出した内燃機関１の燃焼室９の想定壁表面温度に対応した第２の温度ＴＣＣＴＱとの差分ＴＣＣＤＩＧＤに応じて、第１の温度ＴＣＣと第２の温度ＴＣＣＴＱとが一致するように内燃機関１の運転状態を制御する。【選択図】図１
