Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy fin material for heat exchanger excellent in strength, conductivity and solderability.SOLUTION: There is provided an aluminum alloy fin material for heat exchanger having a composition containing, by mass%, Mn:1.2 to 2.0%, Cu:0.05 to 0.20%, Si:0.5 to 1.30%, Fe:0.05 to 0.5% and Zn:1.0 to 3.0% and the balance Al with inevitable and if desired further containing, by mass%, one or more kind of Ti:0.01 to 0.20%, Cr:0.01 to 0.20%, Mg:0.01 to 0.20% and having tensile strength of 140 MPa or more, bearing force of 50 MPa or more, conductivity of 42%IACS or more, average crystal particle diameter of 150 μm or more and less than 700 μm and potential of -800 mV to -720 mV after soldering heating.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】強度、導電性、ろう付性に優れる熱交換器用アルミニウム合金フィン材を提供する。【解決手段】質量%で、Mn:1.2〜2.0%、Cu:0.05〜0.20%、Si:0.5〜1.30%、Fe:0.05〜0.5%、Zn:1.0〜3.0%、を含有し、残部がAlと不可避不純物からなる組成を有し、所望により、さらに、質量%で、Ti:0.01〜0.20%、Cr:0.01〜0.20%、Mg:0.01〜0.20%のうち、1種または2種以上を含有するアルミニウム合金からなり、ろう付加熱後において、引張強さが140MPa以上、耐力が50MPa以上、導電率が42%IACS以上、平均結晶粒径が150μm以上700μm未満、電位が−800mV以上−720mV以下である。【選択図】なし |
