SOLID-LIQUID SEPARATION AND RECOVERY DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary solid-liquid separation and recovery device excellent in handleability and maintainability where the certainty of the discharge operation of garbage is excellent since the garbage discharged from a discharge port can be surely kept in a duct and the garbage does not fall out from the duct when changing a recovery container such as a plastic bucket and the like recovering the garbage and the time and labor of cleaning can be saved by preventing the surrounding of the device from getting dirty.SOLUTION: A solid-liquid separation and recovery device comprises: a screen cylinder having a plurality of dehydration holes formed at a peripheral wall part, a slurry supply port formed at a lower part and a discharge port formed at an upper part and being disposed within an external cylinder; a screw being freely rotatably disposed within the screen cylinder and pushing out a slurry supplied from the slurry supply port to the screen cylinder toward the discharge port; a duct being disposed at the upper end side of the screen cylinder, communicating with the discharge port and guiding the garbage in the slurry discharged from the discharge port; a garbage receiver freely swingably held in a vertical direction at the inside of the duct; and a drive mechanism swinging the garbage receiver in a vertical direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】排出口から排出される厨芥をダクトの中に確実に留めることができ、厨芥を回収するポリバケツ等の回収容器の交換時に厨芥がダクトからこぼれ落ちることがなく、厨芥の排出動作の確実性に優れ、装置の周辺が厨芥で汚れることを防止して、掃除の手間を省くことができ、衛生的で、取扱い性、メンテナンス性に優れる固液分離回収装置の提供。【解決手段】周壁部に形成された多数の脱水孔と下部に形設されたスラリー供給口と上部に形設された排出口とを有し外筒の内部に配設されたスクリーン筒と、スクリーン筒の内部に回転自在に配設されスラリー供給口からスクリーン筒に供給されるスラリーを排出口に向けて押し出すスクリューと、スクリーン筒の上端側に配設され排出口と連通し排出口から排出されるスラリー中の厨芥を案内するダクトと、ダクトの内部に上下方向に揺動自在に保持された厨芥受けと、厨芥受けを上下方向に揺動させる駆動機構と、を備える。【選択図】図５
