Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin panel and a composite panel capable of drying the water in an emulsion-based adhesive in a shorter time than usual in use of the inexpensive emulsion-based adhesive.SOLUTION: A resin panel comprises a resin layer having a flat surface and a water-absorbing layer laminated on the surface of the resin layer. Plural recessed grooves are formed on the surface of the water-absorbing layer side of the resin layer, and at least one end of each recessed groove is opened on the side of the resin layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】安価なエマルジョン系接着剤を使用した際に、より短い時間でこの接着剤の水分乾燥が可能となる樹脂パネル及び複合パネルを提供する。【解決手段】樹脂パネルは、平坦な表面を有する樹脂層と、樹脂層のこの表面上に積層された吸水層とを備えており、樹脂層の吸水層側の表面に複数の凹溝が形成されており、これら複数の凹溝の少なくとも一方の端が樹脂層の側面に開口している。【選択図】図１
