CRIME PREVENTION DEVICE FOR MULTIPLE DWELLING HOUSE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crime prevention device for a multiple dwelling house, for making it possible to perform appropriate crime prevention action, while avoiding danger of a caretaker's confirmation work subsequent to operation of a crime prevention sensor.SOLUTION: A crime prevention device for a multiple dwelling house comprises: a plurality of crime prevention sensors 3Aa to 3Ca, 3Ab to 3Cb that are provided at arbitrary positions in rooms 2A to 2C of the multiple dwelling house 1 and detect a trespass on the rooms 2A to 2C; and a crime prevention device 5 for transmitting a crime prevention alarm to predetermined report destinations including a caretaker room 4 of the multiple dwelling house 1, residents of the rooms 2A to 2C, and a security company 12 with which a crime prevention contract is made, when at least one crime prevention sensor 3Aa to 3Ca, 3Ab to 3Cb has detected a trespass.
