Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adjust the inertia moment while maintaining the center of gravity of the whole of a balance wheel at a rotation center.SOLUTION: A balance wheel 10 comprises: a fixed arm member (first arm member) 11 and an adjusting arm member (second arm member) 12 to which four arms 11a, 12a extending to a radial direction from a center O are formed at equal intervals around the center O; and four adjusting link members 16 (link members) connected to the arms 11a of the fixed arm member 11 and the arms 12a of the adjusting arm member 12. The fixed arm member 11 and the adjusting arm member 12 are relatively rotatably connected to each other with the center O as a rotational axis, and the adjusting link member 16 is formed so that a distance L1 (L2) from the center O to a center of gravity G of each adjusting link member 16 is changed in response to a relative rotation angle between the fixed arm member 11 and the adjusting arm member 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】てん輪の全体の重心を回転中心に維持しつつ、慣性モーメントの調整を簡単に行うことができるものとする。【解決手段】てん輪10は、中心Oから半径方向に延びた4本のアーム11a,12aがそれぞれ、中心Oの回りに等角度間隔で形成された固定アーム部材(第1アーム部材)11及び調整アーム部材(第2アーム部材)12と、固定アーム部材11のアーム11aと調整アーム部材12のアーム12aとに連結された4つの調整リンク部材16(リンク部材)とを備え、固定アーム部材11と調整アーム部材12とは、中心Oを回転軸として相対的に回転可能に連結され、調整リンク部材16は、固定アーム部材11と調整アーム部材12との相対的な回転角度に対応して、中心Oから調整リンク部材16ごとの重心Gまでの距離L1(L2)が変化するように形成されている。【選択図】図6
