Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a risk of ebullition of refrigerant at a heat exchanger.SOLUTION: The second flowing duct for use in flowing the second media 7 acting as refrigerant is extended among pipes 2 and a housing 6. Turbulent flow generating inserts 10 having ducts 11 including a side wall 12 through which the second media 7 can flow are arranged between the pipes 2 in the second flowing duct. There is provided at least one partition wall duct 14 having a closed side wall 15 for every turbulent flow generating inserts 10. At least one longitudinal end part of the partition wall duct 14 is spaced apart from the housing 6. In at least one partition wall duct 14, both ends in the longitudinal direction are opened and the second media may pass there under a state in which the duct is arranged in the housing 6.
