Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an expanded sheet that exhibits a moderate tackiness, a good wet skid resistance, an abrasion resistance and an impact resistance, as well as to provide a method for producing an expanded sheet that can improve the workability.SOLUTION: Provided is: an expanded sheet obtained by forming a raw-material containing (A) a hydrogenated butadiene-based polymer having a number average molecular weight of 2,000 to 3,500, (B) a thermoplastic polymer other than (A) component, and (C) a blowing agent, into sheet-shape, and in which the hydrogenated butadiene-based polymer (A) is heated to 180°C to 200°C and mixed into the raw-material; and an expanded sheet in which the hydrogenated butadiene-based polymer (A) contains 1,2-vinyl bond by 50% or more, both ends comprises a hydroxyl group, and the incorporation amount is 2 to 10 weight% relative to the raw-material total amount.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】適度な粘着性、良好な湿潤滑り抵抗、耐摩耗性および耐衝撃性を発揮する発泡シート、ならびに作業性を向上することのできる発泡シートの製造方法の提供。【解決手段】(A)数平均分子量が2,000〜3,500の水素化ブタジエン系重合体と、(B)(A)成分以外の熱可塑性重合体と、(C)発泡剤と、を含む原料をシート状に成形する発泡シートであって、水素化ブタジエン系重合体(A)を180℃〜200℃に加熱させて前記原料に混合する発泡シート。水素化ブタジエン系重合体(A)は、1,2−ビニル結合を50%以上有し、両末端が水酸基を有し、その配合量が原料全量に対し2〜10重量%である、発泡シート。【選択図】図1 |
