Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new flavonoid compound obtained from the leaf of Chinese indigo and to provide a new application of a flavonoid compound (including a known substance) obtained from the leaf of Chinese indigo.SOLUTION: There is provided a new flavonoid compound which is (component 1) 3,5,4'-trihydroxy-6,7-methylenedioxyflavone-3-O-[6''-(3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl)-β-D-glucopyranoside], (component 2) 3,5,4'-trihydroxy-6,7-methylenedioxyflavone-3-O-[6''-(acetyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside], (component 3) 3,5,4'-trihydroxy-6,7-methylenedioxyflavone-3-O-[2''-(acetyl)-β-D-glucuronide]. The known substance is (component 4) 3,5,4'-trihydroxy-6,7-methylenedioxyflavone-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside and (component 5) 3,5,4'-trihydroxy-6,7-methylenedioxyflavone. Each of these flavonoid compounds has HMG-CoA reductase inhibitory activity.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】タデアイの葉から得られた新規フラボノイド化合物を提供する。また、タデアイの葉から得られたフラボノイド化合物(既知物質を含む)の新たな用途を提供する。【解決手段】新規フラボノイド化合物は、(成分1)3,5,4'-トリヒドロキシ-6,7-メチレンジオキシフラボン-3-O-[6''-(3-ヒドロキシ-3-メチルグルタリル)-β-D-グルコピラノシド]、(成分2)3,5,4'-トリヒドロキシ-6,7-メチレンジオキシフラボン-3-O-[6''-(アセチル)-β-D-グルコピラノシド]、(成分3)3,5,4'-トリヒドロキシ-6,7-メチレンジオキシフラボン-3-O-[2''-(アセチル)-β-D-グルクロニド]である。既知物質は、(成分4)3,5,4'-トリヒドロキシ-6,7-メチレンジオキシフラボン-3-O-β-D-グルコピラノシドと、(成分5)3,5,4'-トリヒドロキシ-6,7-メチレンジオキシフラボンである。これらのフラボノイド化合物は、いずれもHMG−CoA還元酵素阻害活性が確認された。【選択図】なし
